Referrals
Families can complete our online New Patient Information form that will be submitted electronically.
Physician offices can submit referrals in one of two ways:
- Call our office and speak to one of our Intake Coordinators at (281) 997-8509
- Fill out and submit our Intake form via email (intake.dept@riverkidstexas.com) or fax (888) 449-0039
Once we receive your referral, you will be contacted via Email with an update on the status of your request. Feel free to contact our office at 281-997-8509 if you have any questions or concerns.
