Referrals
Physician offices can submit referrals in one of two ways:
Call our office and speak to one of our Intake Coordinators at (281) 997-8509
Fill out and submit our Intake form via email (intake.dept@riverkidstexas.com) or fax (888) 449-0039
Families can complete our online New Patient Information form that will be submitted electronically.
Once we receive a referral, one of our Intake Coordinators will contact you within 24 hours with an update on the status of staffing your request.
